The CD begins with an introduction, giving you everything you need to know to have a wonderful communion with Spirit. The guided meditation is 20 minutes long and is accompanied by the most powerful meditation music I have ever heard. The third track is the inspiring music alone, Gentle Ocean, to use over and over for your own reflective journeys.

In addition is an insert pamphlet with all sorts of important information on how to create a sacred space, meaningful questions to ask Spirit, and additional ways to use this CD. You’ll come back to a deep sense of peace and comfort time and time again.
